Tempus STV availability systemWe are very excited to introduce a new feature coming to all tempus servers, the STV availability system. STV is always recording, both for your
high-quality daily content youtube channels, and for our admin work. In the coming days and weeks we will be pushing a new feature that allows players to directly grab demo links for WR runs.
The STV will contain the entire map recording, but we provide an estimated tick for when the WR starts. Any map that gets a WR will have the STV uploaded automatically upon map change.
To access this info, go to the normal <Expanded Record Info> by choosing the map/course/bonus time. You will now notice option 4, 'Find Demo'
Choosing this option will bring up the information for the demo:
Currently tempus admins only have access to request uploads, so message me if you have a non-WR STV that you would like uploaded.
Choosing 1. Print Link will paste a link in chat:
Paste this in your browser and the demo will automatically start downloading! Remember to grab the estimated tick from the previous menu
So as with all new features, it might take a bit of time to roll this out to all servers and fix any bugs. However, we hope people really enjoy the simplicity and convenience of this system.
