Awooooo!
if this map were the littlest its theme tune would go something like this

"there's a voice keeps on calling me"
"down the road that's where i'll always be!"
"every step i take i make a new friend"
"cant stay for long just turn around and i'm gone again"

i think that's how the song goes at least ^_^

i know he did
i was trying to get around that, since i think annexv4 had a bug that caused similar results

I'm thinking of a map that is really dark and has a very inconsistent bounce

Then that is not an intended bounce, and wouldn't 'have a bounce'.  By that logic, all maps 'have a bounce' because you can potentially bounce on any teleport trigger.
