Rocketman iT! Servers Owner Posts: 671 Team Spec Extraordinaire	THURSDAY NIGHT JUMP RACES Hosted by Jump iT! Every Thursday @ 6:30pm PST SourceTV: jumpittv.sourcetv.nfoservers.com:27020 HOW IT WORKS: Players will compete on 2 different jump maps. The first person to complete the map wins that map. If we have a different winner for each map, a third tiebreaker map will be played with just the winners competing to determine that weeks race winner. SIMPLE AS SHIT RULES: You CANNOT use !hide You CANNOT use bhop You CAN use regen You MUST play as the designated class for that map During Tiebreaker you must remain in spec unless you one of the winners IF YOU WANT TO RACE You must get the password from klanana or conductor. We can both always be found in IRC - Please dont wait until right before the race to get it either. Also if you join late you CANNOT RACE so be there a little early. IF YOU JUST WANT TO WATCH: - DO NOT JOIN JUMP IT IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON RACING SourceTV: jumpittv.sourcetv.nfoservers.com:27020 If you are confused... just put this in console: connect jumpittv.sourcetv.nfoservers.com:27020 OTHER INFO: - Before the races start Jump iT will be password protected. You must get the password from klanana or conductor. We can both always be found in IRC - Updates will be posted in the TF2Jump Steam Group so join it: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/tf2jump - PLEASE DONT MESSAGE ME (klanana) asking for the password (if u arent racing), when the races are going to start, or to tell me about your dead goldfish. I dont give a shit and having to msg 30 people back will make them start even later. - The winner for each week will get cool prizes and shit, including (but not limited to) fame, fortune, and bitches. Bring your friends, your family, and your children (per conductor) and come watch the best of the best race for glory! It was very cool last week... pure madness. I guess at this point I'm more wondering if you guys want to have some sort of reward for winning... if you want to bet... etc. We can schedule it for 9 pm PST on thursday and I will be sure to pop up an announcement on the tf2jump group to remind you. Yeah, the time difference only occured to me 5 minutes after making that overly excited post. 9 pm = 5 am In England and 6 am in most of the other European countries where Chillout's jumpers are from. So ideally it would be on Saturday or Sunday so that people can actually sleep. If that's not possible then could you make it as early as it could reasonably be on Thursday. I reckon I could just about be bothered make 7 pm PST for an hour or so the next two Thursdays. Also, would it be possible to install a plug-in that makes it so you don't get pushed when inside other players but you can still see them? Oh, a wager of a hat each sounds good too.
