http://forums.tf2jump.com/index.php?topic=286.0 Air pogo, easy to practice anywhere that is wide open. (adventure 3, tholos 3 I think)

http://forums.tf2jump.com/index.php?topic=312.0 a little bit of all

http://forums.tf2jump.com/index.php?topic=364.0 Wallpogo (practice on areas with large walls or jumps actually intended for wallpogo (i.e. Littleman b2, Ice b1)

Pogo is pretty simple, crouch and hold fire while aiming at the ground.  the faster the go, the more you will need to aim up, pretty much all there is to it, just perfecting it 9and the occasional tap to the s key, but only if you are moving really fucking fast, otherwise it will be nearly impossible for the rocket to keep up)

Walljumping I have recently discovered how to actually explain it in words.  Never hold W to start with. (this means NEVER in the air, unless you are wallpogoing/climbing a vertical wall)   You will use A and D only.  And what you are going to do is strafe back into the wall after you shoot.  You will flick out while holding A, then strafe back in while holding D after you shoot out and aim back into the wall to where you should be shooting (can't explain where to aim in words, just spec people who jump properly) then rinse and repeat.  And for left walls, it's pretty much the opposite, except way harder.

Idk if wallpogo/airpogo are good things to start with though.  Pretty advanced skills.

Most of the stuff I linked you though was assuming you meant soldier (aside from airpogo) because most demo stuff is just perfecting pogo.

Good maps to start on (imo): rj_rckteer, rj_rckteer_adv, jump_adventure, Jump_cheaval, Jump_pagoda (even though I hate it with a passion) Jump_littleman (blue side obv, pretty good beginner map imo) maybe others.

Hope I helped !!
