Hai there

just wanted to leave a christmas gift to you guys so here's the new version of jump_heaven
has a few fixes and some more jumps

expect big on the next release (when i fell like working on it)

Is the last jump not as dumb now?  Or maybe the water one was changed/not in the middle of the map now?
