hey guys, does anyone have any tips for speedpogoing? I can do basic chains, but I'm not as good as I would like

Slowly bring your aim up as you gain speed so that your rockets don't fall behind you

get a feeling when you have to raise your aim and when not. thats just train ;) maybe it is also good to start with a slow pogo and then shot if you think your are ready behind you and try to get speed i learned a lot with this.
just try it after some time you will get the right aim and all other :)
