Jump Help / I need a way to practice pogo, wallpogo, and the ability to accelerate on walls

I am new to this, i can climb up a wall all the way to its top using multiple rockets, i can ducktap, and i know the simple rocketjumps, but my head just goes spinning when i try airpogo, pogo, accelerating on walls, and other fancy-schmancy stuff. I need help
